I made these yesterday and they are so yummy!! So easy too! I found this recipe in my country living magazine.
I bet you have all the ingredients in your kitchen right now. Make them for dinner tonight!

1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
4 tablespoons butter
1- In a large bowl, mix together flour and salt. Make a well in the center.
2- In another bowl, beat eggs and milk. Pour into well.
3- Stir egg mixture mixture into flour until the batter is the consistency of heavy cream, yet slightly lumpy. Don't over beat.
4- Allow batter to rest for at least 30 min. No longer than 1 hour.
5- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
6- Place 1 teaspoon of butter in each cup of a 12- cup muffin tin. Heat in oven until butter melts, about 1 min.
7- Divide batter among the cups, filling each 3/4 full.
8- Bake until popovers are puffed and golden brown, about 20 min.
9- Enjoy!
