Taco Ring Recipe

This meal is so yummy and easy to make!

Taco Ring

1 lb ground beef or chicken cooked/drained.
1 pack of taco seasoning
1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
4 tablespoons water
2 packs of 8 oz crescent rolls

(If you use the big and flaky ones like I did- one pack will be enough. You will have a little bit if extra meat. You can use it to make nachos for a snack later on or make a couple soft/ hard tacos).

Pre heat oven- 375

After the meat is cooked and drained... Mix meat, taco seasoning, cheese and water in a bowl.

Arrange the rolls in a circle on a pizza. stone or cookie sheet. Overlapping them and points to the outside. There should be a 5 in diameter circle in the middle.

Spoon meat mixture over rolls.

Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under base at center.

Bake approx 20 min until golden brown.
