Redmond Trading- Earthpaste Toothpaste

I recently discovered Earthpaste when I received a sample of it in my free Conscious Box for Earth Day.

I loved it so much that I wound up purchasing a four pack on amazon to try all the flavors. I wanted to learn more about Redmond Trading, so I looked up their website and discovered a whole line of wonderful products. If you spend over $40 on their website you can get free shipping.
I was given a wonderful opportunity to review Earthpaste and other products from Redmond Trading. The company sent me a box of wonderful products and I'm looking forward to sharing my reviews for them with you. Today I am going to share a great natural toothpaste with you.

Redmond Trading sent me the Lemon Twist and Wintergreen Earthpaste.
This is the description of the toothpaste from their website:
Earthpaste began because we couldn’t find a natural toothpaste we loved for our families. We wanted a toothpaste that was as natural as possible, so we started with hydrated Redmond Clay and added Xylitol, essential oils, and Real Salt. And that’s it. Earthpaste is amazingly natural toothpaste.
Earthpaste’s list of ingredients is unique, but the things we left out are just as important. Most brands of toothpaste contain foaming agents like SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate), and chemicals like titanium dioxide to make the paste bright white. Not Earthpaste. It isn’t just safe to swallow — each ingredient in Earthpaste has been used to support healthy systems.

Earthpaste gets two thumbs up from me! I love it and it is my new favorite toothpaste. It tastes great and also leaves my mouth feeling clean. I used to be a dental assistant, so I am pretty picky about my teeth :) I can't go to bed without flossing and brushing. It isn't uncommon for me to brush my teeth 3- 4 times a day:) I've been on the hunt for a good natural toothpaste and I am so excited to share this one with you. I don't have anything against fluoride, but for those who do- this toothpaste does not contain fluoride. I do not believe you have to have fluoride in your toothpaste in order to not get cavities. As long as you have wonderful oral hygiene and are easy on the sweets and soda you will have healthy teeth. My floss has fluoride in it, we use a fluoride rinse, we have fluoride in our drinking water, floss, and brush well. So I do not need fluoride in my toothpaste. The toothpaste is available in 4 flavors- Lemon Twist, Cinnamon, Peppermint, and Wintergreen. They are all great!

Madison gave it a thumbs up too:) We love the lemon flavor.

These are my own personal opinions on this product and I truly love it. If I did not like these products I would not be doing this review and sharing them with you.

Nesting Tables

Something else I have been wanting for a very long time were a set of nesting tables. I fell in love with these from Pottery Barn. However, I did not fall in love with the price. Honestly, when I saw them in person I would of only have paid about half that price anyway.

Pottery Barn Granger Nesting Tables- $399.00

I did some googling and found these. I believe you can still find them on amazon too. The price was better and they look like a great knock off to the Pottery Barn ones above.

Madison Nesting Tables- $158.05

But, Madison and I were out and about one day. We had to pick up some crafting supplies at Hobby Lobby (LOVE that place) :) I have to admit- Target was the first thing I googled when I knew we were moving, Hobby Lobby was the second:) Ikea was the third. We have two out of the three, so I am happy:) We did make one last trip to Ikea before we moved:) I really wish they sold everything online. Little things...... Like the kids cups, plates, bowls, and utensils are awesome! Not avalible online. Oh well:(

Anyways back to Hobby Lobby. Madison and I stubbled apon these nesting tables by accident and it was love at first sight. Plus, they were on sale!! Yay! We didn't have our computer printer set up yet and I alway have a coupon, but we didn't obviously have one that day. But, it was good because they were on sale and you can use coupons on sale items anyway. I just got a smart phone with internet this week:) So I will aways have a coupon on me now:) (You can download the hobby lobby app and they can scan your phone for the coupon- for those that don't know;)

Here are our nesting tables for a fraction on the price of the Pottery Barn ones. They are real wood and metal. Exactly what I wanted. I even like them better than the Pottery Barn nesting tables.

I am torn if I want to refinish them. When I first purchased them, I planned to sand the tops, stain, and seal them for a more natural look. I think I shall live with them a little more and then decided:) I have a few more important projects to tackle first anyway..... Like unpacking my clothes:) JR will be happy once that's done:) Ugh, unpacking..... It's no fun:(

Target Avington Upholstered Slipper Chair - Gazebo Cloud Floral

Just a quick little great room update. Our target accent chairs arrived yesterday. This room is slowing coming together. We just need a couch and an end table, then this room will be complete.

I've had my eye on Target's Avington accent chairs for about 4-5 years now. I never had a place to put 1 or 2. But, in this space in our new house I knew this wall needed a pair. I am usually drawn to neutral colors for upholstered pieces, but thought I should live on the edge and go for some pops of color here. I pinned them on pinterest and waited until we were a little settled in. Then, waited for a sale. These go on sale about every other week, so I didnt have to wait long. We were able to get them on sale, cash back and free shipping with my target debit card, plus cash back from ebates.

I L.O.V.E them!! So glad I went with this pattern. If I had room in our master bedroom I'd get a 3rd:)

Michael Todd ~ True Organics Part 1

Hello! We are still here and alive:) Still getting settled and all that fun unpacking stuff. We do have our desktop computer up and running, so it will be easier to post pictures and blog. It's been harder to do that from my iPad for the past few months as we were in transit. I just have to make time to upload and sort though random pictures from the last few months that are on my camera.

I don't have a new house updates post today, but we are gong to talk about some new products I recently discovered. I'm hoping to talk and share more stuff like this regularly. I am always sharing things on instagram that I love. It doesn't seem to make it to the blog. I have found some great products and things over this past year! Today I am going to talk about some new skin care products I have discovered.

I don't know if it was moving stress, change of climate or crazy hormones..... But, as of lately my skin has decided to be more like 13 instead of 31. I am breaking out like a teenager and want it to stop ASAP. I was back to using my Neutrogena acne products that seemed to work as a teenager:( Not so much for me now. At least not as quickly as I hoped.

I love looking at blogs and enjoy when they do a montly favorite products post of favorites or recommendations. It's even fun to watch you tube videos of my favorite bloggers and hear all about their favorite products and/ or must haves. Before I buy anything I usually google reviews- from make up to electronics to towels. I love to research before I buy:)

I forgot exactly where I first heard of Micheal Todd's line. But, it caught my attention and after some googling and a few more reviews I decided I needed this Micheal guy in my life. I am expecting miracles:) I even took a before picture and I will be brave and post in a few weeks once things start to clear up. I love a good before and after picture! I am hoping to see results very soon. I love that this line is organic and it seems to work well for everyone who has tried it. So a few days ago I bought a few products from the line and it arrived today. So today is day one of starting this regimen.

I bought the Micheal Todd- Charcoal Detox Deep Pour Gel Cleanser, the Blue Gree Algea Antibacterial Toner, and the trio pack of Spf 18 Tinted Beeswax Lip Protector.  (the last one was just for fun) or maybe it was to try and draw attention away from my blemishes;) We can pretend it was the last reason:)

So heres my review for the first time using it.........JR and I actually both used the cleaner and toner this evening. We both liked it. He said it smelled funny:) I thought the smell was fine:) It had a very clean organic smell- it might be a little strong for some people.

The lip colors are so pretty. I can't wait to start wearing them!

Stay tuned for part 2- How well it worked for me:) I'm sure I will be posting some more random things in between:) Madison started ballet and her last class is this Saturday for the summer session she took. I'm a little behind:) I am going to try and be posting more regularly again! We hope everyone is having a great summer!

I love the packaging on these products too! The color is a very pretty purple- you can't really tell from the pictures.

The colors are all very pretty!
